Flock is an original streetwear and character merchandise concept built around a cast of five birds.

Concept

I created The Flock as a simple, fun way for people to see themselves and express who they are! The aim was to create merchandise and apparel that let the characters take on a life of their own.

MEET THE FLOCK

Every member of the FLOCK was designed for a different type of person!

  • Bertie - The artist. Creative, expressive, always making something.

  • Tommy - The scrapper. Competitive, intense, never backs down.

  • Colin - The gentle one. Quiet, thoughtful, building his own little world.

  • B-Rad - The loud one. Fearless, fast, always moving.

  • Fiona - The cool one. Unbothered, sharp, always two steps ahead.

LOGO

bold, expressive, and immediately recognisable. The Flock logo draws from bubble lettering and graffiti culture.

Brand Book

A full brand guidelines document was developed to codify the visual system — covering logo usage, colour, typography, and character guidelines. Built to support future growth and merchandise production.

Merchandise

Flock was built with merchandise at its core from the start. Every character designed to translate cleanly onto apparel, accessories, and everyday products.

Mockups were developed across t-shirts, mugs, hats, tote bags, backpacks, and phone cases, with each character's world and personality carrying through consistently across every application.
